Finance & Administrative Executive

GMS Group is a multinational and premium provider of customised Food & Beverage loyalty marketing solutions for the hotel industry. Founded in 1995, GMS today has over 100 offices across 15 countries throughout Asia Pacific and employs more than 1,000 staff.

GMS is looking to recruit a Finance & Admin Executive, based in our Manila Office.

Finance & Administrative Executive Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer and under direct supervision of the Finance Manager who are both located in Singapore, your key responsibilities of the role include:

• Responsible for accurate and timely update of Group AR. With close monitoring of outstanding accounts with internal and external stakeholders. This includes weekly update of outstanding accounts to relevant stakeholders.
• Review financials and preparation of monthly management reports.
• Update weekly program profitability reports.
• Special Projects – Assist in various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives.

To qualify, successful individuals should possess:

• A degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Those with no working experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and able to pay meticulous attention to details and possess numerical proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
