General Accountant

1. Prepare financial statements of the company.
2. Prepare analysis on the financial status of the company
3. Prepare government fees and taxes.
4. Prepare monthly bank statement of the company.
5. Ensure all income and expenses were recorded accurately, completely and timely.
6. Ensure all collections and disbursements were recorded accurately, completely and timely.
7. Monitor collection of accounts receivable and payment of accounts payable.
8. Maintain and prepare schedule of depreciation for fixed assets
9. Ensure all reports will be submitted on time.
10. Supervise the Accounts Payable Accountant and Accounts Receivable Accountant.
11. Perform other task the management will give that is necessary.
