Finance Operations Specialist

Position Summary:

This role is crucial for maintaining Ribbon's site in Makati's financial integrity and operational efficiency. You will handle company payables, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve payment queries.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as the focal point for billing inquiries from both internal and external interfaces.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursement reports using SAP and Oracle software.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, including encoding EWT and VAT.
• Assist with office administration queries.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience handling company payables.
• Experience with the Philippine Tax Authority System relief system and Alpha list data entry.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP systems.
• Familiarity with VAT and EWT computation.
