Who are we looking for?

We're looking for Civil Engineer to join our Water Team in a workshare environment. This role will analyse, design and document sewer main infrastructure, meeting client and industry standards.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Comprehensive approach to engineering, from initial survey analysis and design modeling in Civil 3D to construction phase support and project coordination as required.
• Contribute to the full delivery of sewer infrastructure from concept to Issued for Contruction (IFC) drawings. The packages of work generally includes sewer design for 100 to 200 properties (generally residential).
• Calculating levels using excel spreadsheets to identify property connection type (gravity vs. pressure).
• Modelling pipe networks in Civil 3D.
• Identifying locations of potholes and establishing excel spreadsheets to capture the data request.
• Reviewing and modelling existing utilities based on various datasets (e.g., pothole, as constructed drawings).
• Designing proposed sewer main based on client standards.
• Using Dynamo to transfer information from excel to DWG file.
• Coordinating drawing production with drafters.
• Reviewing and verifying drafter’s outputs and providing markups as required.
  
  

What you will bring to the team?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in the sector.
• Understanding of industry design standards and design manuals.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a diverse range of groups (designers, managers, clients, etc.).
• Focus on client service and client satisfaction.
  
  

This job offer is based in either Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City depending on candidate location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
