Position Summary:
This Partner Relationship Specialist combines sales and customer service skills to assist Pax8 partners in promoting and delivering Cloud Services to their end customers. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding partner and customer needs, and supporting the sales process with a strong emphasis on excellent service and communication.
This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work on-site and are amenable to shifting schedules.

Position Summary:
This Partner Relationship Specialist combines sales and customer service skills to assist Pax8 partners in promoting and delivering Cloud Services to their end customers. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding partner and customer needs, and supporting the sales process with a strong emphasis on excellent service and communication.
This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work on-site and are amenable to shifting schedules.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Act as the first point of contact for partners, providing responsive, solutions-oriented support.
- Responding to partner inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their goals and their customer needs to assist them on their journey through the Cloud Solution Sales Cycle.
- Help qualify sales opportunities by gathering initial prospect information and documenting requirements.
- Support the order placement process, ensuring accuracy and providing updates to partners.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating product demos and presentations for partners and customers.
- Work closely with the broader sales team to meet performance targets and deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Previous experience working in a Customer service-based sales role is highly preferred.
- A proactive attitude toward solving problems and identifying opportunities.
- A desire to learn about cloud technologies and the sales process.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required to interact with partners and customers effectively.
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email.
