External Audit Associate / Assistant

We are a Singapore-based audit and assurance firm and a member of Alliott Global Alliance, seeking a dynamic Audit Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based and work in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Description

• Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audit processes and efficiency.
• Assist engagement senior and/or manager in planning, execution and completion activities
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients.

Qualification and Competency Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA or pursuing CPA certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of external audit experience.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work and coordinate with a virtual/remote team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Working knowledge in using Microsoft office, google applications and audit software.
