The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing IT Development projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1yr proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in implementing ticketing or helpdesk systems.
  • Familiarity with Service Management Ticketing or Helpdesk systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including goals, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of the System.
  • Project Execution: Manage all aspects of the project, including coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with SMEs from General Admin, Legal, FNA, IT, HR, PMO to gather requirements, identify system customization needs, and define user roles and permissions within the ticketing system.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to promote user adoption, training, and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure projectsuccess. Regularly monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and user guides. Provide regular updates to the PMO Head and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system functionalities, and improve overall user experience within the ticketing system.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
