Automotive Aftersales Technical Trainer

Job description

• Conducts technical training programs for JMC dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to guarantee excellent customer vehicle operation.
• Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and up-to-date training materials.
• Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
• Provides weekly accomplishment reports to training manager.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting prepare and present reports on training effectiveness, technician performance, and areas for further development to the training manager.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualification

• Graduate of automotive course.
• With at least 3-5 years’ experience of automotive technical training.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems.
• Proactive individual with keen attention to details.
• With exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Verbal and written).
• With Valid driver’s license.
