Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates and liaises any Customer requests to concerned parties to ensure timely completion of Account Management Support
- Provides administrative support to Sales Team, Direct Clients, Agents and Brokers
- Collates data, prepares and submits weekly Monitoring Reports to Immediate Superior regarding concerns and other transactions endorsed by the Sales Team, Direct Clients, Agents and Brokers
- Response to inquiries from Direct Clients, Agents and Brokers, collaborates with concerned Department on these inquiries
- College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: Business Management or any Medical Allied course
- 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service
- HMO or Insurance experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. English and Filipino.
