As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient operations within our executive team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with special projects as required, providing support in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
