As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
Job Description
- This is for a Permanent role and requires you to work at our office in Makati and on night shift/graveyard hours. Currently work from home until further notice
- You will continue to practice, trained of your expertise in Accounting and acquire new skills in performing it in an IT Industry
- Your primary task will include the following but not limited to:
o Provide technical support to Oracle global customers
o Deliver resolution through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
o Perform highly complex troubleshooting and analysis
o Actively work with Quality Assurance and Development teams to report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs
- In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering world-class customer support experience to maximize their use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
