You will support the operations and manage the delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the systems in place. You will engage in problem-solving activities and provide solutions that enhance the performance of the services offered.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and their integration with network operations.
  • Experience in implementing security measures to protect network infrastructure.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
