As a Project Manager, IT, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects-from planning and execution to delivery-ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards. The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing project teams
• Agile or PMI certifications (preferred)
  
  

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead end-to-end management of Technology and Operational projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while monitoring progress and mitigating risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams to implement complete solutions
• Monitor project deliverables and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate change management activities to support solution adoption and user training for successful go-lives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices in project management
