Job Title: Senior Analyst Digital Human Capital Management

Office location: Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (Monday to Thursday - onsite; Friday - WFH)

Work Schedule: Night shift (9pm to 6am)

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst Digital Human Capital Management plays a key role in supporting global Digital HCM and Talent Solutions operations. The role is responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM modules, resolving production issues, and ensuring that system functionality aligns with business needs and organizational standards. The position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports business units in achieving service level goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project implementation and business support for Oracle HR, Payroll, Learn, Recruit, or Talent Management Systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willing to work on night shift and Philippine holidays.


Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM processes and modules.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and SAFe agile implementation practices.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to manage Oracle HCM configurations based on business requirements and organizational standards.
  • Support the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules across global business units.
  • Conduct testing and functional analysis for new configurations prior to production deployment.
  • Implement Guided Learning solutions for Oracle HCM modules to enhance user experience and adoption.
  • Work with business unit contacts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to established Digital HCM service level goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide operational support and documentation for system configurations, updates, and enhancements.
