You will support the procurement teams by purchasing orders, maintaining procurement records, storing documents, and solving order issues.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.
• Keep procurement activities aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
• Ensure proper alignment of the inbound supply chain for MRO/Interco parts across our business units.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related courses.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of MRP, ERP, and SRM systems and tools, and multi-level BOMs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in using Oracle or other similar applications for data entry.
