We are seeking an experienced and analytical E-commerce Account Manager to lead and optimize our e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, with a strong focus on international markets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in e-commerce campaign execution, platform operations, and consumer insights—translating market research into actionable strategies that drive performance, enhance customer experience, and grow sales.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Ensure product listings, inventory, pricing, and content are accurate and optimized for each platform.
- Oversee order fulfillment coordination and post-sales customer engagement to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to each platform’s calendar, audience behavior, and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and platform category managers to plan participation in mega campaigns, flash sales, and other promotional events.
- Track campaign KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI) and make real-time adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Leverage consumer insights, behavioral data, and category trends to inform campaign and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive benchmarking across target international markets.
- Translate research findings into actionable plans to improve assortment, pricing, and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics (e.g., GMV, AOV, bounce rates, ad performance).
- Generate detailed reports on campaign results, consumer behavior trends, and business growth opportunities.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving engagement, conversion, and sales across platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across regional e-commerce markets.
- Continuously innovate to improve the customer journey, enhance platform performance, and increase brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of evolving platform features, global e-commerce trends, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Strong background in consumer insights and market research, with the ability to translate findings into strategy.
- Proven success in developing and executing high-performing campaigns for e-commerce.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and Excel.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with paid ads, SEO/SEM, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience working with international or regional markets preferred.
