Multimedia Designer - Learning and Development

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Multimedia Designer to join our growing Learning and Development team. You will play a key role in designing engaging and effective learning experiences for our agents through a variety of digital media, including graphic design, video production, and animation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including ○ Interactive training manuals and guides ○ Presentations and infographics ○ Videos (live-action and animated) ○ Motion graphics and animations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate complex information into easily digestible visual content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all learning materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and eLearning.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a multimedia design role, preferably within a learning and development context.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing


○ Graphic design skills (layout, typography, color theory)

○ Video editing and production expertise

○ Animation and motion graphics proficiency

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software ○ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) ○ Camtasia, Vvyond ○ Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.


Bonus Points

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
