Why this role exists
Our client is seeking a CRM & Operations Specialist to power their agency's backend operations through expert management of HubSpot CRM and Asana systems. This role is vital for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the team with efficient project management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will focus on backend operations rather than client-facing responsibilities.

CRM Excellence

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM data


• Implement and maintain contact tagging systems


• Create efficient data management processes


• Drive system improvements and automation


• Ensure data accuracy and organization

Project Management

• Oversee project workflows in Asana


• Track deliverables and timelines


• Support invoicing processes


• Maintain project documentation


• Streamline operational workflows

Research & Analysis

• Identify speaking opportunities


• Research potential collaborations


• Analyze industry trends


• Support business development


• Document findings and recommendations

System Optimization

• Identify automation opportunities


• Improve existing workflows


• Create process documentation


• Support content calendar management


• Assist with basic design needs in Canva

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven HubSpot CRM expertise (required)


• Demonstrated Asana proficiency (required)


• Strong data management experience


• Research and analysis capabilities

• Basic design skills (Canva)

• Monday to Friday, working within EST business hours (Eastern Standard Time)

Compensation:
