Corporate Nurse

Position type: Contractual 12 months (can be extended)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Description:

• Manage daily clinic operations.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies and guidelines.
• Create and track clinic forms.
• Assist with health and safety regulations and practices.
• Facilitate wellness lectures and medical health advisories.
• Oversee the patient management system and generate standard reports (e.g., top 10 illnesses, top 10 medicines dispensed, top 10 clinic utilizers).
• Prepare statutory reports (e.g., DOLE Annual Medical Report Form, Work Illness and Exposure Data, Work-Related Accident).
• Encode patients’ medical details.
• Participate in company health and safety (OSH) activities.
• Create and send email communications related to clinic operations.
• Provide daily outpatient consultation services within the nursing scope.
• Administer nursing care for injuries.
• Provide emergency and first aid treatment for work-related traumas or injuries.
• Assist with patient transport to the nearest hospital in emergencies.
• Support a qualified physician in conducting annual medical examinations.
• Maintain and organize medical records; if a physician is unavailable, prepare and submit annual medical reports using the DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47 form as required.
• Facilitate company vaccination programs.
• Review new joiners' Pre-Employment Medical Examinations and advise on their health status.
• Perform any ad hoc activities related to staff wellness, health, and safety.
