Job Description

As a Verification Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of customer verifications, collaborating closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team. Your tasks will include conducting thorough verifications, handling customer inquiries, assisting with customer vetting and service recovery, and continuously improving processes. You’ll work on frontline activities, offer timely support to both internal teams and external customers, and contribute to enhancing overall business outcomes.

Seal the Deal with Precise Verifications!

  • Conduct accurate customer verification inquiries through voice and non-voice channels.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer and supplier verification inquiries (inbound and outbound).
  • Assist the CSM team with customer vetting, qualifying, set-up, escalations, and service recovery.
  • Complete assigned frontline work activities within agreed timeframes.
  • Suggest cost-effective solutions for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Participate in training and development programs for continuous professional growth.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, meeting team and customer expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any issues.
  • Utilize workplace tools to perform duties and help prevent customer fraud.
  • Provide phone and email support to customers and suppliers.
  • Contribute to achieving company budget targets.
  • Stay updated on company processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and generate new business leads.
  • Contribute to improving Verifications team practices.
  • Provide support for departmental projects and activities.
  • Uphold company standards of service, professionalism, and ethics.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the business or leadership teams.

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, particularly in voice accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Positive and engaging phone personality.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while also collaborating with teams.
