FIELD COORDINATOR

Ideal Dream Services,Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist in onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations as needed.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., personnel files, HRIS).
Process employee status changes (e.g., hires, promotions, terminations) and update HR information systems accordingly.
Benefits and Compensation:
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Support in administering employee compensation and incentive programs.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and metrics.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
Maintain training records and assist in identifying training needs.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
