The Corporate Finance Officer supports the companys capital-raising, financialplanning, and investor relations initiatives. The role ensures that the company has the right funding structure to support loan portfolio growth and business expansion.

- Bank and Investor Relationship Management
- Assist in securing and managing funding from banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Negotiate bank fees, loan terms, and interest rates to ensure favorable arrangements.
- Monitor bank performance and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams on cash flow and funding needs.
- Cash and Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Manage fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and loan drawdowns.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend strategies to optimize cash usage.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on bank transactions, loan schedules, and investor payables.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies regarding bank and investor accounts.
