What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

• Developing top key customers through the execution of differentiated national and customized activities
• Ensuring regular customer engagement to further build business and relationship
• Ensuring perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment across all branches, visibility and merchandising of products in-store
• Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth
• Planning and executing category-growing initiatives (both online and offline) to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
• Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators
• Ensuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store.
• With coordination with FEG Team, evaluate overall manpower structure of the customer.
• Leads the Perfect Store execution across stores
• Ensure display guidelines are aligned to customer and the execution team
• Be able to evaluate and recommend overall rentals and display model of the accounts.
  
  

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Highly data driven - must have proficient MS Excel capabilities
• Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
• Must be action and detail-oriented
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Internal and external coordination to execute operational excellence
• Agile - can adapt to fast environment, comfortable with ambiguity
• Can provide insight and negotiations on OFIs vs merely executing
