Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar and coordinate high-level scheduling
- Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Serve as the Executive Assistant to the President and potentially other top executives
- Support the Chief Personnel Officer as needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive leadership team
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-level environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati
