- Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise the sales team, monitor daily leads, and track monthly sales quota achievement.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and alignment meetings to ensure results.
- Lead partner experience specialists to deliver excellent partner service.
- Conduct regular partner visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, operations, and partner engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify issues and implement process improvements for efficiency and performance.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in branch operations, sales supervision, or partner management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in sales monitoring, reporting, and lead management.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel and flexible with work hours as needed.
