Job Summary

The Corporate Recruiter (Project Hire) will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment of Manager to Executive-level positions across various business units. The role requires a highly motivated and strategic recruiter who can effectively identify, attract, and engage top-caliber talent through both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. This position will play a key role in strengthening the company's leadership pipeline while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Manager to Executive-level roles, from sourcing to job offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates qualifications and alignment with company values and culture.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and consistent communication.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring progress reports.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of solid recruitment experience, with focus on Manager to Executive-level hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting for corporate roles in Real Estate, Conglomerates, or MNCs is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, particularly on LinkedIn and professional platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to report on-site at EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
