Job Description
- Conducts negotiations with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best possible price.
- Coordinates with the requesting department all product specifications, lead time and other details pertaining to the requested product.
- Ensures quotation and supplier accreditation files are complete and accurate and all food deliveries are compliant with the food safety standards of the Hotel.
- Graduate of a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Hospitality Management or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and supervise a team of employees.
- Experience with computer software relevant to purchasing operations and Microsoft Office applications.
