Responsibilities
- Monitors and ensures achievement of sales target thru acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolio
- Analyzes and endorses proposal to Immediate Superiors based on approved limit on rates from Actuarial
- Analyzes, discusses and negotiates with Clients for closing and/or renewal of accounts
- Collates data, analyzes, and prepares Client proposals based on pricing from Actuarial and Sales, updates presentation materials and correspondences and endorses them to Immediate Superior all pricing and benefits concerns for disposition.
- 3 to 4 years experience in sales
- HMO or Insurance experience is an advanatge
- Excellent negotiatio and presentation skills
- Good comminiction skills
- Teamwork and Leeadership
