Job Description

Responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and submission of timely and accurate reports for Area Heads; as well as coordinating with the branches on manpower movements and ensures relevant documents are handled with utmost importance. Issues advisories as directed by Area Head.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Consolidation and submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of the covered branches for submission to different business units, as applicable
  • Safekeeping of Area Office files.
  • Retention of branch performance on the following:
  • Deposit Portfolio
  • Cash in Vault
  • Other performances
  • Handles manpower plantilla, movements and other manpower related documentation of the branches within the area.
  • Arrange and Facilitate Area Meetings including minutes of the meeting.
  • Accommodates visitors in the Area Office and politely receive calls from various clients and business units.
  • Knowledgeable on new and existing policies to provide support for the branches.
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course:
  • Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
  • Highly proficient in computer and business applications
  • Analytical, systematic, can work under pressure, independent
