Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager I Accounting Manager The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, optimize accounting processes, and support strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
- Generate quarterly financial reports and assist with year-end audit procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of corporate taxes in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle banking transactions with regional and international partners for smooth financial operations.
- Manage remittances and government-mandated contributions.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the accounting team.
- Maintain cash flow projections to support financial decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and support for financial projects and daily operational tasks.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong computer literacy, with experience in financial data analytics as an advantage.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Tagalog.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
