As a Technical Services Team Lead at B. Braun, you will oversee daily technical operations and manage a team of service engineers and technicians. You will ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance, provide advanced technical support, and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Beyond operations, you will mentor staff, monitor performance, engage with customers and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

Team Leadership — Supervise service engineers/technicians, manage schedules and assignments, and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Service Delivery — Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, provide advanced technical expertise, and validate service reports for accuracy.
Performance Management — Monitor KPIs, conduct evaluations, and identify training needs to develop team capability.
Customer Engagement — Act as technical liaison with hospitals and dialysis centers, escalate critical issues, and support product demonstrations and training.
Process Improvement — Enhance service processes, manage spare parts and inventory, and ensure compliance with audits, QMS, and safety standards.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Must have at least five years of experience in technical service for medical devices, preferably dialysis or other life‑sustaining equipment.
Supervisory or leadership experience in technical or field service teams is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of hemodialysis machines, water treatment systems, and clinical equipment.
Expertise in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance .
Familiarity with QMS, safety standards, and healthcare regulations .
