Your role involves continuous research and synthesis of data to support decision-making and process enhancements within the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may arise to maintain smooth operations.
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Proficient in data gathering, documentation, and presentation to support business decision-making.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
