Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into effective business solutions. The position also entails supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing business cases and assisting in the rollout of important initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to promote understanding and alignment.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the documentation and presentation of business cases to support decision-making.
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
