Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to promote understanding and alignment.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Assist in the documentation and presentation of business cases to support decision-making.
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
