Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales target for rice products
  • Promote company rice brands and product variant effectively
  • Expand retail outlet coverage in assigned territories.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecast, and field activity updates
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Support order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups
  • Identify new market opportunities, dealers, and distribution partners
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, pricing and competition

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or any related field

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or any related field
  • 2-5yrs experience in retail sales, FMCG, or food commodities
  • With strong sales background in FMCG, rice, and/or agricultural products
  • Proven ability to develop and expand business opportunities in new market areas
  • Experienced in handling dealerships and distributorship operations
  • Knowledgeable in data consolidation, monitoring, and management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven and capable of meeting sales targets
  • Willing to travel for field work when necessary
