What You'll Do:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate potential hires
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
Monitor recruitment metrics to improve processes continuously

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles
Strong understanding of labor market trends and best practices in recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools
A proactive approach with strong organizational skills
