Customer Service Representative (Retail) – Night Shift
Location: Jollibee Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email)
- Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services with professionalism and care
- Process customer orders efficiently via phone, email, and chat
- Drive first-call resolution and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Recommend relevant or promotional products to support sales growth
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Resolve concerns effectively by identifying customer needs and offering the best solutions
Must-Have Requirements
- Retail experience (non-negotiable)
- At least 3 years of customer service experience (chat, email, and/or phone)
- Willingness to work night shift (with night differential pay)
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas (first 6 months), then hybrid (1 WFH day/week after regularization)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Stable work history with good tenure
- Experience in both sales and service roles
- Proven ability to sell or upsell over the phone or chat
- Experience handling multiple channels simultaneously (chat, email, phone)
- Familiarity with Click-to-Chat platforms
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Fast and accurate typing skills
