YL Center Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors stock levels of various company forms and office supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of office/center.
• Updates daily activity reports via GC.
• Field activity if needed.
• Entertains customer calls and complaints.
• Provides customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability.
• Maintains an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile details.
• Collects cash and handles credit card transactions to process payments for purchase.
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly sales report.
• Sending of reports needed by the Territory Supervisor for their individual daily sales monitoring and center performance.
• Deposits cash collection/check passbook in the bank.
• Issues YL stocks (Pick up YLs).
• Checks YL’s returned bottles.
• Prepares Delivery receipts of YLs.
• Reimbursement of expenses.
• Conducts daily inventory of stocks.
• May perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related course.

Minimum Experience:

• Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Sales Admin Assistant but not required.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in interacting with customers to provide useful product information and effectively conduct sales
• Math Skills: Able to process cash and credit card payments effectively to ensure balanced accounts
