About The Role
The Wellbeing & Safety Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of quality W&S subject matter expertise. You will provide advice and guidance to employees, navigating solutions and escalating unresolved cases where necessary, taking accountability and ensuring that ANZ meets its Wellbeing & Safety accountabilities.

What will your day look like?
As a Wellbeing & Safety Specialist, you will:
- Deliver W&S activities including, case management, incident response and regulatory reporting.
- Work with the team on key legislative changes and in-country regulatory requirements, to ensure W&S policy and process are complaint.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
- Provide quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on H&S matters
- Promote Health, Safety, and Wellbeing to key stakeholders
- Ensure that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirements
- Review the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and provide feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement
- Participate in and managing W&S projects and ensuring that projects targets & objectives are achieved
- W&S administrative tasks including, supporting the W&S Committee, data and document management
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Current qualification as a Safety Officer 3
- Experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
- Sound knowledge of trends and of relevant legislation in Health & Safety
- Experience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationships
- Coaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skills
- An ability to influence stakeholders and make a positive impact
- Excellent communication, planning, organization and reporting skills
- Case management experience preferable
