About the role

Southern Arms Corporation is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of our high-quality weapons and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing welding operations on various metal components and assemblies using a variety of welding techniques and equipment
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure accurate and precise welding
  • Maintaining welding equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Collaborating with other team members to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Continuously improving welding techniques and processes to enhance efficiency and output

    • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to follow established protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
