Web Developer (Quality Analyst)

Position Summary:

The web developer will be using multiple tools that uses HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, ASP, Python, SQL and jQuery to develop websites and deliver support to the client. This position entails a highly collaborative and innovation seeking individuals who are good in communication with experience on web development.

Requirements:

• Using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, ASP, Python, SQL and jQuery for systems programming
• Create, implement, verify, and troubleshoot improvements and flaws to satisfy stakeholders.
• Able to handle, own, and support a variety of tools and products
• Complete tasks assigned on time and in accordance with the needs of the client.
• Able to actively participate in team meetings and work with the team to deliver product requirements on time
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (AM, PM, and GY shift)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Communication (35%)

• Takes briefs with clients or art director to determine the scope of a project; offers on the spot technical solutions and recommendations

Production (60%)

• Ensures that all corporate brand guidelines are adhered to, and client expectation is achieved
• Estimates the time required to complete the project
• Monitors progress of other developers and ensure timely delivery of output for projects that were split
• Coordinates with art director regarding project progress and other concerns
• Incorporates changes recommended by the clients into the work
• Reviews for errors, inconsistencies, and other technical specifications before art director/client submission

Admin (5%)

• Organizes and archives work files according to SOP
• Logs time spent for the project in Tachyon
• Attends meetings and briefings with clients and teammates
• Monitors Turnaround time and schedule of projects to meet deadlines and set expectations.

Years of work experience

• At least 3-5 or more years within the relevant industry

Educational Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related area

Technical Qualifications/Requirements

• Proficiency in Systems programming using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, ASP, Python, SQL
• Experience in MS SQL Server / Transact-SQL, Microsoft .Net, C#, and either ASP.Net or MVC
• Experience in Bootstrap and Responsive Web Development.
• Experience preferred but not required in: SQL, C#, ASP.NET MVC, C# .NET Core, Azure, Entity Framework, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Cloud-computing, and AI
• Ability to work on "virtual" teams with members from different geographic areas
