Creative Producer Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite )

Amplify is a creator-led entertainment company that collaborates with global brands to produce compelling social content across various platforms. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the entertainment industry, with a young and innovative team that thrives on creativity and collaboration.

As a Creative Producer, you will focus on idea creation and production of the project to bring the project into life. You will produce high-quality, engaging video content quickly, with a focus on TikTok's unique style and trends. You will oversee the creative, artistic and marketing aspects of production. The Creative Producer is involved in production, including administration, considered budget and finance aspects and continuity of client relationships.

Main Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise the creative from pre-production to post production
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and Campaigns team for logistic and talent requirements.
• Ensure that all items are aligned with creative inputs and deadlines are met.
• Monitor the show's performance and analytics

Requirements

• TikTok Savvy: A strong understanding of TikTok's unique editing style & flow, trends and audience preferences.
• Conceptualization: Expertise in writing concepts for 30-60 sec TikTok ads.
• Fast Worker: Ability to produce quality work quickly.
• Communication: Fluent in English with fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
