Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and logistics day-to-day operations
• Manage productivity and performance of warehouse and logistics team
• Ensure records and all documentation prepared by the team are accurate and complete
• Conduct inspections and audits on warehouse and inventory to ensure compliance in standard operating and safety protocols
• Conduct initial investigations on cases or incidents
• Improve processes and procedures in the warehouse and logistics function
• Actively participate in procurement of field engineering tools and equipment, including researching vendors, reviewing agreements, and negotiating
• Act as point of escalation for discrepancies in the inventory, issues in the performance of the team, or stakeholder complaints
• Coach, train, and discipline as needed the warehouse and logistics teams
• Provide reports and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure alignment among team members and major stakeholders of the team, escalating to management issues as appropriate
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role with managerial or supervisorial function
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Computer-literate (familiar with at least MS Office)
• Ability to work in multitasks under pressure
• Physically fit and able to engage in heavy lifting for warehouse item
