Job Summary:
The Visayas Operations Associate will assist the Head of Visayas Operations in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth business processes, and supporting the operational efficiency of the organization.
This role involves a combination of administrative, strategic, and operational tasks with the goal of enhancing productivity and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support:
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational strategies.
Support the coordination of cross-functional teams to execute company projects and initiatives.
Track and report on key operational metrics to the Head of Operations.
Vendor & Partner Relations:
Help manage relationships with external vendors, service providers and LGUs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Assist in negotiations and performance evaluations of third-party partners.
Project Coordination:
Help in the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Track project milestones and provide updates to the Head of Operations.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence for the Head of Operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for operational activities as needed
