Job description
Our company is seeking a sales representative who will be in charge of achieving sales targets and generating leads. Sales presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations with prospective customers are among the responsibilities.
You must possess exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to a thorough understanding of the dynamics and process of sales in order to succeed in this position. It helps if you have prior sales experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or any related field.
- Experienced in selling plastic/disposable items
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a salesman, sales agent or sales representative.
- Have an in depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Must possess an excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, such as the ability to establish rapport with suppliers and customers swiftly.
- Willing to do field work if asked to
