- Supervise and provide leadership to the Virtual Resource Hub team, including supervisors, coordinators, and support staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the budget and financial performance of the Virtual Resource Hub.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Has at least 4 years of experience in the external audit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work be seconded to international engagements virtually and work on shifting schedules.
- This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax, and Advisory services.
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.
