The Role
As a Virtual Relationship Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new Business Banking customers and/or managing the growth of target market within the segment in terms of deposit, loan, and non-interest income/volume.

As a Virtual Relationship Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new Business Banking customers and/or managing the growth of target market within the segment in terms of deposit, loan, and non-interest income/volume.
How you'll contribute
- Maximizes earning potential and business growth from existing accounts through effective use of account planning and profitability through partnership with products and best proposition package.
- Cross-sells other bank products to existing accounts based on SBC's available product offerings to generate an additional source of fee income.
- Ensure periodic contact with targeted Business Banking clients to build relationship, verify contact details, gather market intelligence, and create sales opportunity. Perform welcome calls or new product confirmation calls.
- In the event customer engagement led to the identification of a service issue, raise the relevant incident ticket for resolution and where possible, monitor till closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Must have knowledge of basic credit processes, account management, churn management and legal documentation, Knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment
- Should have strong marketing and account solicitation skills and effective negotiation skills. Must have good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation
