HR Ops Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including but not limited to onboarding, transfer, offboarding, confirmation
  • In charge of end-to-end monthly payroll preparation process for all PH entities including but not limited to Govt mandatory contributions
  • Maintain employment records, employee personnel files, and document templates related to all HR processes
  • Maintain HR records data in HRIS system
  • Prepare employee related letters, including but not limited to employment contract, salary adjustment and bonus letters, contract renewals, employment verification letters, etc
  • Manage annual income tax filing and tax clearance process as per Govt regulations
  • Support external/internal audits and tax reporting such as (but not limited to) HR audit, Annual income tax, Finance audit, Govt surveys, etc
  • Prepare employee data reports as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Other ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources
  • At least 4 years of HR operations and payroll experience
  • Must be adept at problem-solving and adaptable to situations, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Has good knowledge of local country regulations and relevant Employment /Labour laws
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both written and verbally
  • Able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information
  • Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Good command of English language
