ISO certification and accreditation admin executive
Business Assurance - VCC
The ISO Certification and Accreditation Admin Executive provides support to the Management Service, Business Assurance Division for the Legal Entities within ASEAN by performing key responsibilities in the certification area such as quotation creation, audit planning, auditors authorization, training support and audit release.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely, efficient and released quotation before issuance to the client.
Responsible for timely, efficient and released audit planning before the audit to be conducted.
Responsible for checking or reviewing all completed quotations and audit planning
Assists in the review and release of auditor s qualification
Provides technical support and efficient advise to the admins of ASEAN legal entities
Handles the department data efficiently i.e monitoring spreadsheets, training plans and others
Key Requirements:
College graduate with a Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or any related discipline
With at least three (3) years experience in the related field
Knowledgeable in technical support functions; With great organization, administration and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and with good analytical skills; Must have high sense of accountability and urgency
With excellent communication skills; Computer proficient
