As An Accounts Receivable/Payable Officer, You Will
- Support others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks.
- Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled to Pronto and follow up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
- Ensure all remittance advice is sent to suppliers
- Ensure all freight invoices are carefully analyzed and matched to the appropriate sales order/purchase order.
- Ensure outstanding POs are monitored and followed up with creators and approvers.
- Ensure payments forecast are submitted to support the cash flow forecast.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- 2 years minimum work relevant experience
- SAP experience, must have 2 years minimum
- MYOB experience, good to have
- XERO experience, good to have
