US Paraplanner (US Wealth Management Industry, Onsite)

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Salary: P90,000

Reports To: Senior Client Advisor (Assigned)

Position Summary: Responsible for supporting Family Office staff in task-based management for the total client relationship.

Position Responsibilities

• Collect, track, and send tax compliance documents to CPAs
• Design and prepare client financial reports and exhibits for client meetings
• Review and summarize estate documents
• Collect, compile, and evaluate raw data from multiple sources to produce accurate financial summaries
• Research financial planning topics to enhance firm's knowledge management resources
• Maintain CRM data
• Track recurring deadlines and carry out tasks associated e.g., GRATs annuity payments, loan payments, etc
• Coordinate between client and operations team for onboarding new client relationships
• Coordinate between client and operations team for account administration
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Essential Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in analysis or reporting, experience as a paraplanner a plus
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Ability to be exact and accurate with a very high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors and company contacts
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with groups in a face to face, video conference and phone environment
